Home Health Agencies

If your doctor decides you need home health care, you have the right to choose which home health agency will provide you with the care and services you need. The Department of Health provides information about choosing a home health agency. The Department also reports information about patient satisfaction and clinical performance in the State’s home health agencies. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader® to view or download the documents on this page.
