Worksite WellnessEvaluationEvaluation is necessary to determine the effectiveness of a program. A simple questionnaire can demonstrate if participants enjoyed the program, thought it was useful, would participate again and increased their knowledge and/or changed behaviors due to the program. Comparison of actual measurements before and after a program of BMI, cholesterol, blood pressure, number of health insurance claims, for example, can also be useful determinants of the success of a program. |
