Key Findings

  • One in five middle school students have tried drinking alcohol.
  • The prevalence of current drinking and early drinking among high school students has decreased since 2007.
  • High School students who are Lesbian, Gay or Bi-sexual (LGB) or have disabilities report higher rates of early, binge, and current drinking.
