Tick ID Card

Tick identification cards are useful in distinguishing between ticks that carry different tick-borne diseases (or no human diseases at all).  The following institutions carry tick identification cards:

Massachusetts Department of Public Health  -- Up to 100 free.

American Lyme Disease Foundation  – 1 free, rates vary by volume or order.

Lyme Disease Foundation  -- $20 for 200.

Hunterdon Moms Online pdf -- Printable, available online.
