Lyme Clinic Open at Rhode Island Hospital

Location: RI Hospital, Ambulatory Patient Care Center (APC) 5 th floor. The APC Building is located in the back of the hospital. Follow directions below to Eddy Street. At the light, turn on to Dudley Street. Follow Dudley to Gay St. (pass in front of Women & Infants Hospital). Take a right on to Gay Street. Bear right on to Service Road. Public parking lot is on left.

When: Tuesdays from 1-5 pm

Insurance Accepted: All

Appointments: Appointments are necessary. All patients must have a primary care provider, as this is a referral based specialty clinic.
