Lyme Disease

Distribution: Found in the Pacific US and British Columbia

Description: Physically similar to deer tick

Habitat: Found in habitats with forest, north coastal scrub, high brush, and open grasslands

Host Animals: Humans, deer, dogs, coyotes, wild pigs, horses, lizards, small rodents, etc.

Diseases Carried: Lyme disease, Babesiosis, Ehrlichiosis
