Serves multi-cultural and multi-lingual populations in Rhode Island |
Diabetes Outpatient Educators (DOE) |
Provide diabetes education -- individual or group sessions -- at locations near you |
Diabetes Professional Advisory Council (DPAC) |
Provides leadership for diabetes activities state-wide |
Diabetes Resource Center (DRC) |
Serves uninsured, homeless, and underinsured persons with diabetes |
TEAMWorks |
Serves adults with diabetes; group visits and diabetes education in doctor's office |
The DCP strives to improve the quality of care for all persons with diabetes in Rhode Island. The program works very closely with several State partners to accomplish this goal in creating a variety of products and services for persons with diabetes.
