Activities of daily living

Did you know that cleaning the house, mowing the grass, or taking the stairs can benefit your health? These activities can help you accumulate the recommended amount of physical activity.

  • Yard work, like mowing and raking
  • Transportation, like walking or riding a bike
  • Job-specific labor, like roofing or shoveling
