Partnerships for Preventing Violence
Partnerships is an innovative, 3-year project that trains participants via satellite. The 2000 Partnerships for Preventing Violence series focussed on providing professionals, both inside and outside the school environment, with a thorough understanding of comprehensive, effective, school-centered violence prevention approaches. The 2000 series also hoped to stimulate broader school/community partnerships by providing examples of evaluated programs for making schools and communities safer.
