American Water Works Association, Rhode Island Water Works Association and New England Water Works Association Conferences – approval credits equal to the number of hours attended with a maximum of five (5) contact hours per day.

Operators are responsible for maintaining records for all training courses attended. At such time when the operator is applying to renew a certificate, and upon the request of the Board, a copy of each certificate and/or transcript must be made available for review.
