Surveillance/Data/Evaluation

The Disability and Health Program conducts a broad array of surveillance activities using population-based, administrative, and program level data. Data sets utilized include Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System, Census, National Survey of Child Health and Children with Special Health Care Needs, and Hospital Discharge data. The program publishes a variety of Disability related data and information on a regular basis. Below are the most recent program statistical publications:
