Rhode Island Hearing Assessment Program

Early Hearing Detection and Intervention System

Rhode Island Hearing Assessment Program is designed to identify hearing problems early through new born screening and diagnosis. Infants who are found to have a hearing loss are referred to services in the community. This site provides information to the public about how Rhode Island's newborn hearing assessment system can serve infants and their families.
