Family Planning in Rhode Island

The mission of the Family Planning Program is to provide individuals with the information and means to exercise personal choice in determining the number and spacing of their children.

The Rhode Island Department of Health receives federal and state funds to provide family planning services to all who need and want them, with special emphasis on low-income women and men and special populations.
