Rhode Island Title X Family Planning Program

Rhode Island Physicians Participating in the No-Cost Vasectomy Project

You must be an adult male (21 years or older), uninsured or underinsured (your health care coverage does not pay for vasectomy), and a Rhode Island resident in order to participate in the Rhode Island Department of Health’s No Cost Vasectomy Program.  If you meet these criteria, please call one of the participating providers listed below to schedule a vasectomy consultation and/or vasectomy.  Please be sure to say that you are interested in participating in the Rhode Island Department of Health’s No Cost Vasectomy Program.  Please be informed that Dr. Anthony Rotelli, Jr. speaks Spanish.
