Vaccines are provided by appointment or on a walk-in basis. The clinic is located at 21 Peace Street, Providence, RI 02907. Fall Hours:

Monday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Closed Noon - 1 p.m.)

Tuesday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Closed Noon - 1 p.m.)

Wednesday: Noon - 6 p.m.

Thursday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Closed Noon - 1 p.m.)
