Ms. Silvia is responsible for policy-related technical assistancethrive and professional development to schools, districts, and community agencies on HIV/AIDS, sexuality, family life in health education as a member of RI's Coordinated School Health Program; thrive – Strong minds, Strong bodies, Strong schools. She develops, conducts, and evaluates standards-based professional development workshops for RI teachers of health.
