Disciplinary Actions since January 1, 1991. Many certified Nursing Assistants (NA's) who have been sanctioned are not legally permitted to work in settings without supervision. For example, such NA's would not be legally permitted to provide care to patients in private home settings. In order to verify the details of a particular NA's disciplinary action, please click on the sanction to view the order or send a request by E-mail to Donna Valletta, Board Adminstrator.
