Ongoing Violations Public Database

The Ongoing Violations (2nd NOV) Public Database contains property owners (along with his/her current address) when they meet the following criteria:
- Owned rental housing at the time a child living at his/her property was significantly lead poisoned;
- Did not correct lead hazards found on that property as required by the Department of Health and therefore received a 1st and then a 2nd Notice of Violation from the Department of Health;
- Following the second Notice of Violation, has not yet corrected lead hazards on that property, as required.
