The Ongoing Violations (2^nd NOV) Public Database contains property owners (along with his/her current address) when they meet the following criteria:

Owned rental housing at the time a child living at his/her property was significantly lead poisoned;
Did not correct lead hazards found on that property as required by the Department of Health and therefore received a 1^st and then a 2^nd Notice of Violation from the Department of Health;
Following the second Notice of Violation, has not yet corrected lead hazards on that property, as required.
