On October 28, 2003 the RI Department of Health (HEALTH) will release results of the second statewide survey on hospital patient satisfaction. The release also includes the first evaluation of the impact of public reporting on hospital patient satisfaction.

The conference will include an overview of the results, copies of the report materials, handouts and opportunities for interviews and photos with key spokespersons.
