HEALTH Recommends Beach Openings

The Department of Health (HEALTH) recommends the re-opening of EASTON'S BEACH, SCARBOROUGH STATE BEACH NORTH and ATLANTIC BEACH CLUB to swimming. Presently BRISTOL TOWN BEACH remains closed to swimming. HEALTH will continue to monitor the water quality regularly to assure safe bathing throughout the summer season.

As a reminder, Rhode Island has many excellent beaches. Currently, there are 116 licensed beaches open throughout the State.
