Director of Health Suspends License of Steven M. Kenyon, DMD; Suspension Cites Immediate Danger to the Public

Earlier today, the Director of the RI Department of Health issued a summary suspension of the license of Steven M. Kenyon, DMD of 2212 Post Road, Warwick, RI. The suspension order followed an incident on September 12, 2005 involving simple assault on a minor patient. Dr. Kenyon was arrested and arraigned in court on October 21, 2005.

The suspension order takes effect at 5:00 pm on October 26, 2005 and continues until further order of the Board of Examiners in Dentistry.
