Here are a few of the new things that you will see with this update:

  2. The name of “My Program Area’s Investigations” queue has been changed to “My Program Area’s Open Investigations”.  Only investigations with an “Open” status will appear in this queue.
  3. The following fields were added to the Mumps Investigation field:
    1. Did parotitis or other mumps-associated complication onset occur within 12-25 days of entering the USA, following any travel or living outside USA?
    1. If this is a U.S.-acquired case, how should the case be classified by source?
  4. Changes were made to the Foodborne Investigation. For detailed description see NEDSS Base System 1.1.7 Release Notes.
  5. A new module, Report Administration, has been added.  This module will provide the ability to create and maintain data sources and reports through the NBS graphical user interface.  For details see “Report Administration User Guide”.
