Mission

This collaboration is built on the racial-justice analysis of the Racial Equity Institute; by acknowledging how power and racism operate within our organizations and neighborhoods, we have intentionally built an inclusive collaborative infrastructure.

What we do

Convene stakeholders together for resident-led community problem solving .
Assess community needs and project effectiveness through innovative and ongoing evaluation and assessment.
Build Capacity by providing opportunities that build resident and partner capacity to address health disparities in inclusive ways.
Advocate for policy and practices that will improve health equity in the neighborhoods.
