The BRFS measures health risk behaviors among adults 18 years and older.
The HEALTH Web Query System - YRBS module  contains information about risk behaviors among youth in grades 9-12.

Note: This is not the Census definition of Urban/Rural.
Urban "core" cities includes: Central Falls, Newport, Pawtucket, Providence, Woonsocket, West Warwick. Non-urban "core" includes all other cities and towns. A "core" city is one in which 15% or more of the children live in families with income below the federal poverty level. This definition is from Rhode Island Kids Count Issue Brief # 14 "Child Poverty in RI".
